Return Guidelines Step 1: Email us at cs@appetitedown.com & request a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization). When requesting your RMA #, please include your original order #. Step 2: We will email you your RMA #. Step 3: Please print the RMA # clearly on the return label to avoid any delay in processing. Your box of Appetite Down must be shipped prepaid back to us. Once an RMA # is emailed to you, we must receive your box of Appetite Down within 15 days. We are not responsible for returned merchandise lost during shipping.
